These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BelegBot.ai website and Telegram bot (the "Service") operated by VC209, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

BelegBot is a receipt management service that allows you to photograph receipts via Telegram, automatically extract data using OCR, and store organized files in your Google Drive.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account & Access

You access the Service through your Telegram account and optionally connect your Google account for Drive storage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts. You must not share or transfer your account access to others.

BelegBot offers a free tier (10 receipts/month) and paid plans. Prices are displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all receipts, documents, and data you upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (OCR, organization, storage to your Google Drive). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

7. Data Storage

Processed receipts are stored in your connected Google Drive. We do not maintain permanent copies of your receipt data on our servers. Temporary processing data is deleted after completion.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VC209, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that OCR results will be 100% accurate.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VC209, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data in Google Drive remains yours.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
