VC209, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the BelegBot.ai website and the BelegBot Telegram bot (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

Information You Provide
- Telegram User ID — when you start the bot, we store your Telegram user identifier to associate your account
- Receipt images and documents — photos and PDFs you send to the bot for processing
- Google Account information — email address and name, provided when you connect your Google Drive via OAuth 2.0
Information Collected Automatically
- Log data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages
- Device information — device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
- Analytics data — via TikTok Pixel for advertising measurement (see Section 4)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To process and store your receipts in your connected Google Drive
- To perform OCR (optical character recognition) on uploaded documents
- To communicate with you about the Service
- To measure advertising effectiveness
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
3. Third-Party Services
Telegram
BelegBot operates as a Telegram bot. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy. We receive messages and media you send to our bot through the Telegram Bot API.
Google OAuth & Google Drive
When you connect your Google account, we receive an access token to write files to a dedicated BelegBot folder in your Google Drive. We do not access any other files in your Drive. You can revoke access at any time via Google Account Permissions.
Cloudflare
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process connection data as described in their Privacy Policy.
Resend
We use Resend for transactional email. Email addresses and message metadata are processed according to Resend's Privacy Policy.
4. Advertising & Analytics
TikTok Pixel
We use the TikTok Pixel to measure advertising performance. TikTok may collect:
- Page view and interaction events
- Device and browser information
- IP address
- Conversion events (e.g., sign-up)
You can opt out of TikTok's personalized advertising in your TikTok settings or by using an ad blocker. For more information, see TikTok's Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies
Our website does not set first-party cookies. Third-party services (TikTok Pixel, Cloudflare) may set cookies for analytics and security purposes. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage for access credentials. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Receipt data is stored in your own Google Drive — we do not maintain copies. If you delete your account or revoke Google access, we delete your associated data within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
